These ‘Satellite Dish Only’ Guidelines are designed with the goal of maintaining the aesthetic beauty of your community. Prior to installing a Satellite Dish, you must first submit and obtain approval of this Satellite Dish Application by the Architectural Review Committee. All Satellite Dishes are to be installed so they are not any more visible from the street or common area than is necessary; and in accordance with your associations particular Satellite Dish Installation Location Requirements.
A representative of management or the Architectural Committee may contact you to arrange for a meeting at your home to view the proposed location. The Architectural Committee strives to complete the Review of Satellite Dish Applications within seven days of receipt or less; however, the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions may provide for a thirty to forty five day response time. Many acceptable applications are approved within two business days.
